It is a mystery

Our oven has stopped beeping every few seconds.

Is it a miracle? Is it taunting us so it can infuriate us when we trust it enough to leave the breaker on all night? Will it start beeping again at 3:47 am?

Only time will tell. We trusted it enough to dodge the home warranty company's call and put off appliance shopping until tomorrow at earliest!
